Shipping & Returns

In addition to the rules below, by purchasing buyer also agrees to Terms and Conditions.

Nearly all of our customers keep their items, however we understand that things happen. We will issue you a refund/replacement if you would like to return your item.

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with this item, please send us an e-mail explaining your concern. All issues will be resolved, so please contact us prior to leaving negative feedback. Returns accepted within 14 days, refund will be given though PayPal as cash, or exchange.

Buyer pays return shipping 

All returned merchandise must be unopened, in original packaging. It must also include the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which will be issued to you once your request for a return is approved.

If the item is defective, we will issue you a refund/replacement. 

Merchandise not in re-sellable condition may be subject to a 40% restocking fee, unless under manufacturer's warranty. This includes merchandise that has been opened, worn, used, etc. or if any tags have been removed. Please inspect all merchandise for any visible defects prior to opening it.

We inspect merchandise for damage prior to shipping it, but if it is damaged in transit, please tell us. 

If the item is returned to us by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) because the buyer provided us the wrong address, the re-shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. 

We recommend that you include a tracking number when sending your item back as proof of delivery.


We understand that shipping an item to us from a different country is expensive, and we will try to work out a deal with the buyer, such as a partial refund, a free replacement, etc. on a case-by-case basis.
